First Inquiry

Your initial inquiry will be received with sensitivity and the utmost confidentiality.  After a phone discussion with the Clinical Director of CrossPath, you will be directed to the licensed practitioner that best meets your family's needs who will then contact you to set up the first appointment.  The therapist will also answer any questions you might have prior to your coming in for your first visit.

First Meeting

At your first visit preliminary information will be collected and the therapist will discuss with you the best plan to help you and your family.  The method of payment will also be established.

Client Fees

The method of payment will be established at the time of your first phone inquiry or at your first meeting time.  We accept private pay and most major insurances.  Eligibility can be established at the first appointment.  Please bring your insurance card with you to the appointment.  Payment can be made using credit, debit, cash or check. CrossPath is a preferred provider for: Premara, Regence, First Choice, LifeWise, and Value Options.
